The buildings
12,000-sq ft. newly constructed with local adobe materials in the pitched-roof style of the region. Cool in the summer, warm in the winter. Radiant heat warms the floors, gas fireplaces in the common areas and the second-floor suites supply extra warmth and ambiance.
10 bedroom suites
Each has a queen-size bed with a high-quality mattress, down pillows, and luxurious linens, a desk, chairs, a wardrobe closet, and towels.
Capacity
20 – 30 people, with some use of daybeds and trundles.
Gourmet kitchen
Fully equipped with service and utensils for 30 guests, cookware, dishes, AGA stove, coffeemakers, microwave, toasters, and 3 refrigerators and freezers.

6 suites have private bathrooms, 4 suites share 2 bathrooms. There are 2 common area bathrooms.

Seats 30 people and can also be used as meeting space.
